I provide compassionate psychotherapy to adults and couples, working collaboratively with my clients to help them identify the challenges in their lives and take active steps to achieve their goals. Often people seek out therapy because they are feeling stuck, anxious, depressed, and are seeking relief. I help clients find solutions to their problems in a caring and safe environment. While I am trained in a wide range of treatment modalities, I'm flexible in the approaches I take with clients. Some modalities I commonly utilize are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Mindfulness based & feminist/relational modalities. I approach therapy with curiosity and a healthy dose of humor.
